Terms & Conditions:
*Please note that our estimated delivery date is based on fulfillment location; we will update items as their production status is updated by our factories. Throughout each season we will invariably have some items run ahead of schedule and others behind schedule, and we will inform our clients as soon as possible regarding any changes to inventory ETAs.
*Cancelled orders are subject to a 10% service charge. Refunds will be issued in the form of Ebonyivorythreads.com store credit.
*Any package that is rejected or returned by the customer or "returned to sender" without prior authorization from Ebony & Ivory Threads is subject to a 10% restocking fee.
*Any return must first be authorized by Ebony & Ivory Threads. Email ebonyivorythreads@gmail.com if you wish to request a return. Please see our return policy for more details.
Return/Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at ebonyivorythreads@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Please note customers must arrange the return of the item by their own courier and their own cost and also please provide a tracking number when inquiring on the status of your return
- We reserve the right to deduct an Admin restocking fee on returns that does not have a genuine manufacturing fault
- Refunds will be issued in the form of Ebonyivorythreads.com store credit.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, face masks, and beauty products are final sale and non-refundable. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded in the form of Ebonyivorythreads.com store credit. Please note, store credit gift card will be emailed to the email address listed on file.
